Teamsters Local 671 Driver Education Program

Donation:

Members $ 35.00 per hour

Loans are now being offered to Teamster members through the NE Teamsters Federal Credit Union for classes. Call for more info.

Non-Member $ 45.00 per hour

	Classes consist of 4-Hour Sessions
	Payments due weekly after each session
	Cancellation: call before noon Fridays or ½ hour before class
	60 hour course to include:

40 hours: Pre-trip and Test manuals

10 hours: On Road

10 hours: Classroom

Drug testing required before acceptance

Requirements to begin training

1) Acceptance in program

2) Drug screening ordered by Local 671with a result that qualifies under federal guidelines (at student’s expense)

3) A current training certificate from the state in which your driver’s license is issued that allows you to operate a vehicle (at student’s expense)

4) Your DMV driving record (at student's expense)

5) A $250.00 deposit

6) You must observe a 4 hour session of a current class in order to see what is involved in this training (at no cost to you)
